YVONNE TSUI
A communications expert and PR maven, Yvonne Tsui has carved out a career path in the foodservice, hospitality and tech space in Toronto for over a decade.
​
Through her extensive network, she has landed her clients in mainstream, industry and trade media - in digital, print, radio and television.
She has represented MLSE, The Ballroom, IL FORNELLO, PEI Mussels & Oysters, RendezViews and more.
She has an extensive background in experiential brand activations, as well as large scale events production and sponsorship sales, working with brands like ACE Bakery and Diageo.

As PR & Events Manager at TouchBistro, Yvonne seeded the American market for sales expansion. She co-created The Industry Sessions (a grassroots speaker series) with Ivy Knight and piloted a successful brand ambassador referral program.

IVY KNIGHT

Ivy Knight is a journalist and regular contributor at the New York Times, Food & Wine, Condé Nast and Playboy, and has been a Vice correspondent since 2013. She has covered the international culinary scene for a decade, and was nominated for the Landsberg award for her investigative work with the Globe & Mail in 2019.
She has produced and hosted events for, and with, Guy Fieri, Anthony Bourdain, Gail Simmons and many others.
Ivy has created programming and campaigns for a diverse mix of clients, among them MLSE, Live Nation, Mount Sinai Hospital, and Absolut Vodka. She has worked with a number of top brands, including Le Creuset, Momofuku, the Polaris Music Prize, and Lay's Potato Chips.
Prior to the pandemic she was touring a perpetually sold-out TEDx-style speaker series across North America for two years.
